CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW USEFUL IT IS!

I can honestly say I wouldn’t be anywhere without the website – I constantly refer to the website before, during and after my training. Usually the night before I train I check out what exercises I am going to be doing (especially important if I have started a new programme). I will usually either watch your video if available or someone else’s via google – much more preferable on your site as there are so many variations of each exercise. While I am training I am constantly referring to how many reps to do/tempo/rest time etc and I can’t stress enough how useful it is to have past workouts saved in the calendar to check what I last did. The calendar is very easy to use – you can move your workouts around to the days you actually train – you can check your performance (that you are actually progressing in your training). Before the website was working properly I had all my workouts on paper – these are all over the house, haven’t a clue what order I did them in and I never look at them whereas I check the website constantly and very very easy to update during your workout via a smart phone/tablet. I know on the odd day I have gone to the gym without a plan I have wasted my time just drifting around doing nothing in particular – Strongandlean has helped me focus my training – especially for someone who got to 41 years of age without doing any free weight lifting. I’ve now got my six pack (well I can just about see it anyway J), dropped 2 stone and finally have a bit of muscle for the first time in my life.
